APPROVAL REQUEST

Concomitant activities such as internal meetings involving delegates, press conferences, educational or promotional activities taking place within or outside the congress centre and on the virtual congress platform but concomitant with or during breaks in the official ESMO programme are subject to ESMO approval.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Small meetings may take place in parallel with the official ESMO Congress educational and scientific programme (with the exception of the Opening Session and the Presidential sessions) provided they do not involve groups larger than 35 people
Meetings exceeding 35 participants can be exceptionally organised (up to a maximum of 100 participants). These meetings can take place outside the blackout times only and are intended for staff only. For meetings taking place outside the venue, an extra time of half an hour must be added to the blackout times
